Where will you ship to?
We will ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and additional countries (to be confirmed).
Do I need multiple VIPs for multiple feeders?
No. One VIP lets you buy any number of feeders in any configuration.
How does the $1 VIP deposit work?
Put down a fully-refundable $1 deposit today to lock in your spot. When our crowdfunding campaign launches, we'll send you a private link that unlocks the lowest hidden price tier. If you decide not to back the campaign, we'll refund your $1. It's essentially a risk-free way to save your spot and claim your discount.
Can I change my mind later?
Absolutely. Remember, your $1 is refundable. If after launch, you decide not to purchase, you can cancel and get the $1 back.
Why do we want your reservation?
Your early reservation helps us gauge demand and plan manufacturing, so we can deliver faster and keep prices low.
When will I get my Feedsy if I reserve?
Our crowdfunding campaign is planned for Q4 2025. We're currently targeting delivery in Q3 2026, based on realistic planning amid broader economic conditions. VIPs are first in line, as promised.
What if retail price changes or I want a different model?
If manufacturing costs end up lower, we'll lower the price - and your 35% discount will still apply to the new price. (Rest assured, VIPs will always get the maximum available discount.) If we introduce additional models or colors, you'll be able to choose options at launch - your deposit isn't tied to a specific version until you make your final selection.
Is the $1 deposit really refundable?
Yes - 100%. If at any point before the campaign you change your mind, just let us know via email and we'll refund you. Also, if we (for any reason) don't launch the product, we will refund all VIP deposits. This is about showing commitment on both sides, not making money off $1.
